I am also a member of the Latvian Psychological Association and the Latvian Society of Transpersonal Psychology.

 

I work everyday in my private practice as a psychologist and psychotherapist - both with individual clients, couples and groups. I work with groups creating system-phenomenological settings according to B. Hellinger's method. In practice, I use an integral approach (Hypnotherapy, System Phenomenology, Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, NLP, Transpersonal Psychology and Psychotherapy), because each client is individual, so I try to find the most suitable work technique for each individual, using both the "pure" method and mutual variations of different methods.

 

I have given lectures and conducted seminars at Latvian universities, as well as for other target audiences - educators, doctors, economists, etc. The spectrum of topics covered in the lectures and seminars is quite wide, but they are basically questions of psychology and the orientation of various psychotherapeutic directions, because even such a broad topic as Stress can be considered from very different angles.

 

I am the author of many scientific, internationally recognized and cited articles, I have made presentations about my research at international psychological conferences both in Latvia and abroad (Turkey, Greece, Spain, etc.).

 

I am also the author and co-author of books, both the author of the prefaces of many books, and have performed psychological analysis of book content as a psychologist, I am the author of several magazine articles (intended for the general public). In addition to all that, I have hosted the television program "Here and Now", and also acted as an expert in psychology and psychotherapy on all Latvian television channels - in many programs. I am the first person in Latvia to conduct research on the connection of feminist identity with the family, the identity crisis, and the first person in Latvia to start researching feminist identity in psychology (for Latvian women).
