About me

   I am a certified member of the Latvian Society of Psychotherapists, the Latvian Association of Hypno-Psychotherapists, the European Association of Hypno-Psychotherapists, a certified member of the Institute of System Solutions for Family and Organizations (Business) of the Russian Federation(www.mostik.org). And also I am a member of the Latvian Society of Psychologists and Society of Transpersonal Psychologists. President of Латвийского общества Hypno-psychoterapeutov.

 

   I work daily in my practice as a psychologist and psychotherapist - both with individual clients, and with couples, and with groups. С группами работаю, обравая системнофеменологические установки по методам психотерапии Б. Hellinger. На  practice I use an integral approach (Hypno-psychotherapy, Systemfemenology, psychotherapy, oriented on the body, NLP, transpersonal psychology and  psychotherapy), because every client is individual, so I try to find for each individually selected work technique, using both "pure" methods and variations of different methods.

 

    I gave lectures and held seminars at universities in Latvia, as well as others - teachers, doctors, economists and others. The spectrum of topics covered at lectures and seminars is quite wide, but mostly these are still questions that have a psychological and psychotherapeutic direction, because even such a broad topic as Stress can be covered from different angles.

 

   I am the author of many scientific, internationally recognized and cited articles, I gave presentations about my research at international conferences of psychologists in Latvia and abroad (Turkey, Greece, Spain and others).

   I am also the author and co-author of books, the author of forewords to many books, I have analyzed the content of books as a psychologist, author of articles (oriented to a wide range of readers) in several magazines . In addition, he hosted the television program "Here and Now", as an expert on psychology and psychotherapy, he was involved in all channels of Latvian television in many programs.

 

   I am the first person in Latvia to study the issue of connection between feminist identity and family, about identity crisis, and the first person in Latvia to study feminist identity in psychology (for women Latvia).
